Wesley Anderegg, American Studio Pottery, Archie Bray potter
Here is an archetypal "cup and saucer" sculpture by the noted American ceramic artist Wesley Anderegg. He is known for work that is simultaneously humorous and eerie. Anderegg's work has an "outsider art" feel to it due to it's subject matter and technique. This is one of a few works that I acquired from an important collection of American studio pottery. This piece is signed and dated 1994. It is in good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Feel free to ask any questions.
