Vintage Large Art Pottery Vase Teal Green Handmade Painted Ceramic Signed

Vintage teal green glossy glazed art pottery clay / ceramic vase. Measures 17" tall x 4 1/2" wide down at the base. The opening at the top measures 1 1/2 approx.

It's scribbled / signed on the bottom but it's hard to make out what it says. See photos for more info.
