Thulin Art Pottery 1920's Belgium DRIP+ CRYSTALLINE Glaze Art Nouveau/Deco Vase. MINT and MAGNIFICENT Drip and Crystalline glaze vases, Style 191 from Thulin Faiencerie circa 1920, with a triple stepped buttressed rim and gorgeous multiple colors in the drip glazes.
The Crystalline portions of the glaze (see photos of the top) were extremely desirable and only a few potters of that era could achieve them. MINT Condition No cracks, chips or repairs, sparkling clean inside and out, a few tiny factory glaze pops, grinding marks on the bottom from the factory. Size is 8 3/4 inches tall and about 5 inches at its widest.
The Thulin style number (191) is marked on the bottom. Any other markings along the underside edges are completely obscured by the super- thick drip glaze that wrapped around onto the bottom.
