Roseville Pottery Orian Vase, Shape 735-7, Tan/Turquoise. This pretty vase is at home in modern as well as traditional settings. Rounded base and cylindrical neck joined by two ridges. Slender, tapered handles with a drippy glaze effect. Glossy finely mottled tan glaze on the body with contrasting turquoise blue interior and handles.
Hand painted short vertical lines at the rim. Middle Period, introduced in 1935.
Condition: No chips, cracks, repairs or noticeable crazing. Small amount of tiny peppering/bubbling in the glaze on/below handles. Excess glaze on the base was ground away at the factory.
