RARE Pair of Royal Crown Derby Twin Mask Handle Vases Urns C1880-1890
Fully marked on the base they have gilded mask handles, the body being in Cobalt Blue ground with raised gilt enamel overlay highly decorated with birds, butterflies and foliage. These vases are beautifully decorated and display well. Fully back stamped with the Royal Crown Derby mark together with the number 112. There is some wear to the gilding on the handles and rim to both vases. They are both free from any cracks, hairline or otherwise and no restoration has taken place.

There is a very small chip to the base of one of the vases which is not noticeable when stood and I have tried to photograph it. All in all given the age of the pieces they are in excellent condition and would make a lovely addition to any collection. The vases measures approximately 16 cm in height.
