JT Abernathy Studio Art Pottery Speckled Brown Ceramic Bottle Vase. Decorative, hand-thrown vase with a nice speckled brown glaze on a white background. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Bottom is glaze covered but comes from the collection of a recognized studio art potter and collector who confirms this to be the work of JT Abernathy.

Vase is 4 3/4" tall and 2 1/2" wide. Abernathy is still currently a member of the Ann Arbor Potters Guild. He studied at the Cranbrook Academy and Maija Grotell in the 1950's and is nationally known for his work. Complete satisfaction is always guaranteed.
