Helmut Schaffenacker Cermic Wall Plaque Elephants 4 by 9 1/2 Germany Pottery
This plaque is in excellent condition. As above it is 4" x 9.75".
Its depth is about an inch. It will hang on a hook in the top hole. Schaffenacker worked out of Olm Germany in the 70s-90s..He did pieces in a brown palate and also multicolor pieces. There is a combination of matt and smooth glazing as shown.
I have seen it on multiple of his pieces. The usual impressed Schaffenacker signature/stamp is smudged in this piece as can be seen on the back side photo.
