Vase is 7 1/4" tall and 5 1/2" wide. Vase comes with a note detailing the history of the vase and illustration in the Evans book. Evans Pottery began making swirl pottery in 1928. Several years later they moved to Boulder City, Nevada and ultimately Barstow, California. In Barstow Evans produced Desert Sands Pottery. The majority of Desert Sands is colorful swirl pottery which has a high gloss interior and exterior.
