CONDITION: While this platter is classified as used, the condition is superb. There are no chips, nicks, cracks, rubbings, scratches, crazing or hairlines. There is no wear on the gold. DIMENSIONS: The oval platter is 15 3/8" by 12 3/8" with a height of 1 1/4/. HISTORY/MARKS: Franz Heinrich established his porcelain decorating studio in 1896, initially at his parents' home, in Selb, Bavaria.
In approximately 1900, he began producing his own porcelain and the company name was changed to Heinrich & Co. In 1929, Heinrich & Co.
The combined company continued to use the Heinrich & Co. It continues to operate under the name Heinrich Porzellan, becoming a subsidiary of Villeroy & Boch in 1979. This item has the green underglaze H&Co. The Heinrich & Company Factory mark is identified as mark #1115 in Robert E.
