4 Vintage Antique Staffordshire Confetti Poodle Spaniel Dog Cat Mantle Figurines
Up for sale is a sweet collection of Staffordshire Figures including; a Small Pair of Confetti Spaniel Dogs, a Calico Cat on Orange Pillow and a Confetti Poodle! I believe all are of English manufacture, with the Confetti Poodle being the oldest (late 1800's to early 1900's), followed by the. (pre 1930s) and then the matched pair of Confetti Spaniels post 1930's. The Calico Kitty is marked "Made in England/ 67", the single Poodle is marked only with a "5", and the Spaniels are unmarked. The Calico Cat measures 7" tall, the Poodle measures 6 1/4 " tall, and the small Spaniels are about 3 tall.
I see no condition issues with the Cat nor the pair of small Spaniels - no cracks, chips or repairs. The single Poodle has a small chip on the back front paw (please see backside photo), possibly a small amount of loss to the gold collar, and some light crazing - otherwise good. Both the Cat and Poodle have firing holes; the cat has 1 on near back hip, and the poodle has 1 on the back of head and 1 in the base.
