1980's Post Modern Studio Art Pottery Vase Ceramic Sculptural Signed S. Description: This is a beautiful and unusual example of studio pottery from the 1980's consists of a thrown vase/pot with raw edge handles. The combined technique of crackle glaze, geometric stamping raised confetti pattern, and iridescence. The vase is paired with a self clay stand iridescent textured clay and small buckle motifs.

Note artist did reach out to me via message. He did not give his first name but confirmed this piece was made in the Los Angeles Area and exhibited in a Gallery in the early 1980's. I was part of the art scene in the early 1980's and this piece reminded me of many a showing in Galleries all up and down La Cienca Blvd at the time. Measurements: Vase 6"H x 9"W x 5.25D.
