Mexican Art Talavera Pottery Ceramic Manatee Figure Planter Nautical Decor 26
This is a bold and colorful talavera pottery art piece from Mexico in the shape of a manatee planter. Tons of hand-painted detail all around on its dark cobalt blue body. It has a hole to drain and will hold about 5 gallons of dirt. It measures 7 x 13 x 26.
Although new, it had a minor ding on the tail and some scuff on the underside which was touched up with hardening epoxy and enamel paint. Barely noticeable on the tail so well blended (last photo).
